Statement Regarding Gluten-Free Oats

Based on the current complicated situation with gluten-free oats, GlutenFreedomForAll, LLC and our affiliates are not recommending those with celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity consume any brand that includes gluten-free oats at this time. While our statement is not “don’t eat gluten-free oats,” the decision to consume gluten-free oats is a personal choice and may vary from person to person. The manufacturers of the products containing certified gluten-free oats included in our Snack Packs have ensured us that they test their oats and that they meet the standard for being certified gluten-free. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our position as we receive more information. We are hoping this situation is only temporary.

6. Shipping and Delivery Policy

At GlutenFreedomForAll, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers, and make sure that we provide you with the highest quality levels of responsiveness at all times.

Our regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We will do our best to ship all orders placed for in-stock items within one to two (1 - 2) business days from the date you place your order. GlutenFreedomForAll ships all orders from Massachusetts. Once an order has been shipped, we recommend allowing four (4) to six (6) business days for standard delivery via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express, based on your location. You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and order tracking information as soon as it is available from the shipper

7. Refund Policy

We have a 10-day timeframe during which you can contact us at info@glutenfreedomforall.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, in order for us to correct the situation. Please attach a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item to your email.

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Other than the instances stated above, returns will not be accepted for any items.

Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us at info@glutenfreedomforall.com. Items sent to us without contacting us at info@glutenfreedomforall.com will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit good towards the repurchase of the same item or a different item. Repurchases of the same item will not automatically be shipped to you.
